Catalina Architecture + Design Ltd were commissioned to design and oversee the construction of this two-storey extension to a traditional stone cottage in Llanfihangel Genau’r Glyn.

We were pleased that the project brief included a requirement that materials used in the construction should be from sustainable sources. Also, an electric car charging point and insulating the envelope to a notably greater standard than required.
